At S&C McKay Property Solutions Ltd, we believe that true success goes beyond just bricks and mortar—it’s about the relationships we build and the communities we help thrive. As a growing construction company rooted in Ayrshire, we’re committed to making a positive impact, not just in our work but in the lives of those around us. We take immense pride in giving back to the local and surrounding communities that have supported us throughout our journey.
One of the ways we actively contribute is through sponsorships and community involvement. We are proud sponsors of Carrick RFC, specifically the girls under 14 and under 16 teams, as well as Connor Wyllie from the 1st XV (First Fifteen) men’s squad. Supporting young athletes and local sports clubs is important to us because we believe that sports teach teamwork, discipline, and resilience—values that align with our own approach to construction and business.
In addition to sports, we support local events like Music On The Prom in Girvan, a fantastic event that brings the community together through the power of music. Our sponsorship extends to cherished local traditions such as the Straition Farmers' Society Show, as well as the Colmonell and Ballantrae Agricultural Show. These events celebrate the hard work and heritage of our rural communities, and we are proud to play a role in keeping these traditions alive.
Our commitment to giving back doesn’t stop there. We also proudly support The Night Before Christmas Campaign, a heart-warming initiative that ensures children and families in need have something special to look forward to during the holiday season. Furthermore, we’ve donated to Crosshill Primary School, Knockbrake Railroad, and Harbour Ayrshire—helping to support educational and addiction causes close to our hearts.
As we continue to grow as a company, we hold fast to the belief that we should all grow together. S&C McKay is more than just a construction company; we’re part of a larger network of people and organisations working towards shared success. We would like to extend our gratitude to all the individuals, teams, and organisations that have recognised and supported our efforts.
Amazing things happen when we all work together. At S&C McKay, we know that teamwork truly is dream work, and we look forward to many more opportunities to support and uplift our Ayrshire community.
